土用の丑の日、どこのうなぎを食べようかな~と物色しておりまして、
こちらのうなぎに決定。
愛知県三河産のウナギだそうで、お持ち帰りで購入です。
骨せんべいはおまけで付けてくれました!
関東のうなぎが大好きなので、関西風のこちらはたまにしか味わえない食感。
パリっとした食感が先にくるんだ。
しかも頭を落とさないのが関西風なんですね。
これがちょっと自分にとっては珍しかった(笑)
切り身を食べてたから、頭がついているかどうかわからなかったのかもなぁ。
始めて姿焼き的な形でいただきました。
タレの甘さは控えめで、うなぎの身の感じを味わいやすくしていますね。
好み的には慣れ親しんだ関東風のほうがふんわりとして、高級感もあって
舌当りも上品で好きかなぁ。
でも関西風もこれはこれで味わい深いですね。
