Jidori-ya is popular for its chicken dishes. We tried to go to the Hikone branch but it was fully booked, so we went to the Notogawa branch. From course menus to a la carte dishes, there is a wide variety of dishes, mainly chicken dishes, so I think it is a restaurant that will satisfy you from dining to drinking. Everything was delicious, from the charcoal grilled dishes cooked at your seat to the chicken sashimi, seared chicken, charcoal grilled thighs, and live dishes to grilled dishes. The most popular dish was the thick omelet, which was fluffy and delicious and was a dish that you should definitely order. There is also a wide variety of rice dishes such as Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). There are four types of Ramen alone, including salt Ramen in chicken broth, so it is recommended for Ramen lovers.
