一時火事を起こして休業してたとのことですが復活ですね。
メニューは、豚骨のバリとんラーメンy二郎系のバリジロー、ブタジロー
豚骨系は、まろやかや純とん、味噌、塩、辛とあり。ガッツリまぜそばなんてのもあります。その他、あっさり系ラーメンとして、ブラック、醤油、塩、味噌。
バラエティ豊かw
店内はカウンター、座敷、テーブルとかなりの大箱です。学生や家族連れなどで賑わいガヤガヤしてました。
オーダーは口頭で後払いです。替玉(と言っても10円)もあるし後払いですよね(ちなみに現金のみ)

肉が花のように乗せられていてスープメンは見えません。海苔、ネギ、背脂ちゃっちゃ！
肉をよけてスープからいただくと、ど豚骨です。旨みもしっかり出ていて豚の風味も臭くない。醤油だれも割とマイルドで食べやすいですね。
麺は中細ストレート麺でしなやかな感じ。もっと細いの出てくると思ったけど意外。ただスープへの絡みはすごかったです。
チャーシューは7枚ぐらい乗っていて、全て同じもの。低温調理で味は濃くなく、肉の旨みがあるものでした。柔らかくてこの肉で麺を巻いてスープにつけるとそれはそれは美味しい
舐めていましたが、スープや具材などしっかり作られていて美味しかったです。
