この日のお昼は滋賀県竜王町にあります「バリバリジョニー」さんへ
高速代片道2500円掛けて行って参りました(-｡-;
開店15分前に到着してしまい駐車場で待機
国道沿いのロードサイド店ですが、続々と駐車場に車が入ってきます
開店時には7〜8名ほどの待ちが出来ており、結構な人気店ですね
そして開店と同時にカウンターへ案内されます
先日不幸にも火災に見舞われたそうですが店内は綺麗に復活しているようです
注文したのは看板メニューの「バリとんラーメン」
待つ事10分ほどで提供されました
スープは箸が立つほどまではいきませんが結構ドロ系の濃厚豚骨スープ
見た目は「無鉄砲」に似た感じですがあそこまでではないにしてもそれに近い中々の濃厚さです
麺は中細ストレート
店員さん曰く元から硬めで茹でられてるとの事でしたが、そこまで硬めでは無いですね
それでもまぁこのスープには合う麺だと思いますが、もう少し麺に縮れがあった方がよりスープが絡んでなお良しだと思うのですが…
そしてコチラの売りでもあるなんと10円ฅ(º ﾛ º ฅ)の替え玉をお願いします
もともと麺が若干少なめなので替え玉ありきでやってるんでしょうけど、その替え玉が10円ってのは1回だけとは言え客側としてはかなり嬉しいですね
ただこの替え玉は細麺限定なんですけど、明らかに元の中細麺の方がこのスープには合ってると思います
結論としては、やっぱり美味しいラーメンですね
私自身「バリバリジョニー」のラーメンが以前から大好きで、草津市に住んでいた頃は今は閉店してしまったエイスクエア内の店舗で毎週のように食べていましたが、その頃とほぼ味は変わってないと思います
ただ当時から10年以上経ち、色々とラーメンを食べてきたのでやはり今となっては多少物足りない感はありますね
それでも平日の昼前から結構な数のお客さんが来店し、地元の人達から愛されている事からも分かるようにかなりの需要はあると思いますんで、これからも末永く残っていってほしいお店だと思います
久しぶりのバリとんラーメン美味かったです！
