本日2店目。オープン前から少し並ばれてました。
開店後も次々と入店されてきました。
人気店ですね。
さて、店員さんに聞いてこちらのお店で1番人気だというバリとんラーメンの特製煮卵チャーシュー 1,300円を注文しました。
提供スピードはやや遅め。お客さんもまずまずの入りなんで仕方ないかな。
提供しされたのですが、「あれ？冷製だったのかな？」と思うほど丼が冷たい。
チャーシューが6枚、煮卵、のり、ネギが乗っています。
真ん中のネギの下にいる麺を啜ると、ちゃんと熱いので安心しました。
小麦が香る麺で、濃厚なスープとの絡みも良かったです。
チャーシューも程よい薄さで、大判なスライスでしたが麺とのバランスが良かったです。
ただ、食べ勧めて行くと、ぬるくなっていきます。やはり丼が冷たいからでしょうか。
この温度ではちょっと替え玉するのも厳しいかな。
予めお湯とかで丼温めれば解決すると思うので、そうして欲しいかな。
私のだけたまたま冷えた丼だったのかな。
ちょっと残念でした。
ただスタッフの方は非常に気さくで、明るく接客は良かったです。
