I wonder how many years ago it was that the inside of the restaurant burned down in a fire. I came here after hearing that it had been revived. The interior had changed from before, with an eccentric atmosphere based on the restaurant's image color, yellow. Ramen I ordered were Butajiro (950 yen), Maro Kara Tonkotsu (930 yen), Line Members Only Ramen (1200 yen), and Line Members Only Bali Meshi (300 yen). First of all, Butajiro was salty, as it seemed to have been seasoned with salt. I was happy that they had made cuts in the pork to make it easier to eat, but it was hard to finish it, apart from the amount. The Maro Kara was just the right amount of spicy, and you could enjoy the mellow spiciness as its name suggests. It was delicious, and it blended well with the taste of the tonkotsu. The Line Limited Ramen had a lot of char siu, but because the char siu was cold, Ramen was already cold by the time it arrived at the table. This was an issue that went beyond the taste. The Bali food looked junky, and was quite tasty, with a strong flavor and the feeling of munching on the white rice, which I quite liked, but the bowl had some rice in it, and the chopsticks kept tapping on the cracks, so I think it would have split in half in no time. In the photo, you can see the streak in the bowl right around where the sausages are. The all-you-can-eat pickles that were available before the fire are no longer available, and I had to lower my overall rating. I heard that the cause of the fire was insufficient cleaning of the ducts, but I hope they will continue to pay attention to small details such as broken dishes and the warmth of the soup. I look forward to the day when I can eat delicious Johnny's Ramen again.
