滋賀の酒蔵さん目当てですがお昼はこちらへお邪魔しました(^^)
11:20位に到着❗️待ちの方は3組でオープンして直ぐに座れました(^^)履き物を脱ぐので清潔感ありますね〜
新政の瓶が並んでたので夜はこれが飲めるのかな(^^♪
今回の注文は色々と迷ったけどこく旨❗️鳥塩ラーメン¥900-にしました❗️
ラーメンのメニューは上から順番に濃い味に並べてあります(^^)
待つこと5分程で着丼‼️
ネギ以外のトッピングは別皿に綺麗に盛られて登場‼️
凍らしてあるゆず、めんま、鳥チャーシュー、チャーシューですね‼️
スープを飲んでみる、あっさりとしてる塩ラーメンそのものだけどいつまででも飲んでられる感じ‼️
麺は中細縮れ麺でもちっとしてて良い感じ(^^)
鳥チャーシューもジューシーで柔らかいがこのレアチャーシューが焦げが香ばしくて美味い‼️
中盤に柚を入れて味変してみたら更にさっぱりして美味しかった(^^)
次回もまた違うラーメンを試してみたい‼️
