『仕出し 魚石』として創業百年余の老舗。 |
ＪＲ安土駅から徒歩６分のところにある当店。駐車場あり。当店は、湖国料理のコースをいただけるお店。お店の前には、湧水の水路で泳ぐ丸々と太った鯉が見られる。子どもの頃によく見た安土の原風景だ。会社の方にオススメいただいて、親戚中でお邪魔することに。約１か月前に予約の電話を入れた。基本、４人以上で５０００円〜。２階に大小の個室２部屋のみのお店。個室だから喫煙可。２階の大きい方の座敷へ案内してもらった。畳みにテーブルと椅子席。お願いしておいたのは、

内容は、松茸と菊菜のお浸し、焼津鯖の鯖寿司、鰹、カンパチ、鯛の刺身３種盛り、ハモと白舞茸の温物、子持ち鮎の甘露煮、原木椎茸などの天ぷら盛り合わせ、鰻の卵豆腐、土鍋炊き栗ご飯、お漬物、赤だし、いちじくのゼリーがけのデザートまで。どれも季節感があり、郷土色もある。出汁が優しい味わいで素晴らしい。特には肉厚の原木椎茸の天ぷらが絶品！鰻の卵豆腐も珍しい味わいで、旨味がギュッと詰まっている。ドリンクにも珍しい地酒が並ぶ。着物の店員さんの接客も良い。オススメしてくれた会社の方に感謝である。
