せっかくの近江八幡、ならばお肉を食べるのは必然？
向かったお店がこちら(*^◯^*)
もちろん予約は入れておきました。
かなり広い店内、時間は早かったのでまだまだ席には多くの余裕がありました。
席に案内された我々、やはりまだ暑いので生ビール♬
お料理はアラカルトで好きなものを頼むことにし、お酒だけは飲み放題のひとり2,000円をチョイス。
まぁ充分にペイできるだろう(o^^o)
お料理は当然お肉です！
最初にオーダーしたお肉が品切れ（；゜０゜）
なのでサシの入ったワンランク上のお肉をオーダーすることに致しました。
そして大きなソーセージ。
厚切りベーコンやイカリング揚げ・・・基本的にお肉が圧倒するオーダー内容ではありましたが(･･;)
さてさてそのお肉ですが、柔らかくジューシーに仕上がっていました。
食べやすい♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪
さらにもう一切れ・・・サシの脂身の甘さ、肉本来の旨味、しっかりと噛み締めてお肉を楽しめます♬
ビッグなソーセージ・・・これまた美味い！
ひと口サイズにカットしていただいたのですが、アツアツのうちに頂くのがベストですね。
肉汁の旨味を堪能できるものでした。
厚切りベーコン・・・当然美味い・・・ただしベーコンですからやや塩分濃度は強目となりますが美味い。
ワインにもよく合いますね╰(*´︶`*)╯
