近江牛の自社牧場を運営されているので、素材の鮮度は間違い無いです。
近江牛のいろんな部位を楽しめます。
特にお勧めなのが、鮮度抜群の近江牛のユッケです。ユッケはあの事件があってから、加工の仕方や調理法に数々の制限が加えられ、提供するコストと売価のバランスが釣り合わなくなって、ユッケを出す店が殆ど無くなってしまいました。ユッケ好きの私にとっては嘆かわしい事でした。
そんな中、こちらのお店は私にとって救世主となって現れました。
近江牛のユッケ！この鮮度、この味にして、この価格。
お店の方曰く、ユッケはハッキリ言って赤字です。そうでしょう、この価格はハッキリ言ってありえません。
このお店が、自宅の近距離に無い事が残念ですが、頻繁に通いたい、自分だけの取って置きにしたいお店です。
