As the name suggests, the 1 Night Tenkamori is so delicious that all of the meat, such as the top loin and hiuchi, is melt-in-your-mouth delicious, so I ended up ordering the tongue and heart as well. It's in a location that's difficult to get to without a car, but as expected from the home of Omi beef, it's a restaurant where you can eat delicious meat at a reasonable price. The store had just opened and was beautiful. If I had to say it, the service was probably understaffed, but there were still a lot of inexperienced staff, and the fact that the Katsutsumina came out after I had finished eating Yakiniku (Grilled meat), which was the heaviest of the world's yakiniku, was a bit of a bummer. The dessert was delicious too! You can't go wrong with the kettle or meat. The bibimbap is not bad, but I feel like the meat itself is more delicious than the side dishes or vegetables.
