私はタイ料理が大好き。
国道8号線、近江八幡に生まれたタイ料理のニアタイさん。
依然からその存在は知っていたのですが、なかなかお伺いさせていただく機会がなく、平日のランチタイムにようやく訪問させていただきました。
ガバオライス(1,100円)
豚ひき肉のオイスター炒めにサラダ、スープのワンプレート。
ガバオライスには半熟の目玉焼きがトッピングされてて、黄身をスプーンで砕いて一口。
適度な辛味と仄かな酸味が爽やか。
そして、後から更なる辛さが追っかけて来ます。
タイには何度か行った事があり、現地の料理をいただきましたが、かなりその味に近いですね。
新鮮なサラダと美味しいスープ。どれも本格的で大満足。
お洒落な店内にタイを彷彿させてくれる植物や小物類。
滋賀で気軽にタイ旅行ができる幸せ。
