いきなりステーキの定番
初めてのいきなりステーキということで定番の『ワイルドステーキ 300g』をいただきました。
お肉は柔らかいというわけではないですが、値段を考えればこんなものかなぁと。
ただ焼き加減はレアで良い感じです。
味もしっかりついていますが、色んなタレや調味料があるので味変もできます。

久しぶりのいきなりステーキです。かなり店舗が減ってしまいましたね。
ワイルドステーキ、サーロイン、期間限定のイチボステーキを。
食べ比べると違いがわかりやすいです。個人的にはサーロインが1番美味しかったです。
ワイルドステーキは時間が経った後半が固くなってきますね。イチボは赤身の美味しさがわかりますが、脂身の塊が気になりました。
