広々とした内装に落ち着いた雰囲気に包まれる☺️
11:30〜からのopenに合わせて待機。
写真でしか良さが見られなかったので、
間近で見たら行きたくて仕方なくて。
ずっと待ってた。笑

まずはポタージュ。
冷たいと思って一気飲みしたらちょっと火傷。
生姜？が効いて体にじんわりくる。豆乳？とマッチしていてとてもクリーミー！これ好き！
来ました。ランチプレート。
野菜のシャキシャキ。ふりかかっているドレッシングたち。どれも近江の野菜を選別とのこと！野菜たちの素の味を崩さずにいる。久しぶりに野菜を食べた感覚。
1番美味しかったのが、キッシュ。じゃがいも、チーズ、小松菜？がキッシュのサクサクっとした生地に合わさって、美味し！
またまた来たいものだ。
