麺庭 寺田屋 近江八幡店（滋賀県近江八幡市）
早朝から鈴鹿山地の奥座敷と呼ばれている山にを16キロ、
ヘトヘトで下山して温泉行って、そしてラーメン店へ。
1年ぶりですね！
麺庭 寺田屋 近江八幡店です。

店主は大阪の名店で修行（非公表）し、地元で独立開業。
本店を閉めてこの近江八幡店をメインにして自家製麺も始めてます。
注文したのは
近江牛ホルモンラーメン ホルモン増し
漆黒の鶏ガラ醤油に硬めで力強い自家製ストレート麺。
増しでたっぷりホルマンも堪能！
キムチ焼き飯もウマウマ
ずっとお客さん入ってきてて繁盛していますね～
鈴鹿山脈を登った後に寄るにはちょうどいい場所なので
これからも寄らせてもらいます！

「せあぶら」
半炒飯とのBセット
鶏ガラ出汁にグッと醤油利かせた漆黒スープ。麺の食感もいいねー。修行店も長く行ってないので、この系統の醤油味めちゃ久しぶりで新鮮！
