近江八幡駅から徒歩数分の好立地に、博多とりかわがいただけるお店を発見しました。
この日新海誠監督の映画、すずめの戸締りを鑑賞。
氏の作品を全て拝見させていただいてた中で、この作品は最高でした。
明るく清潔感のある店内は、カウンター席×13とテーブル席×22。
2人掛けテーブル席に腰掛けビール飲みながら映画の感想会開始です。

選べるおつまみ2品が付いてきます。

から一人2品選べますので、嫁と二人で4品をいただけました。
博多とりかわ串10本セット(1,400円)
単品で160円の串が10本で1,400円ですから、200円お得ですね。
こちら、塩とタレがあり、5本ずつのハーフでオーダー。
キュッとスリムに串に巻かれた串。
タレと塩を交互にいただくと、どちらもビールに合う！
歯応えが良く、これは止まりません。
鶏皮が苦手で、焼き鳥屋さんに行っても決して食べない嫁が、これは臭味がないから美味しいと喜んで食べてました。
個人的には塩味が好みでしたので、塩10本セットを追加してビールおかわり♪
赤鳥のたたき(1,280円)
BGMのお陰で聞き取れなかったんですが、2種類の部位がいただけます。
恐らくモモ肉とむね肉だと思うんですが、食感が明らかに違い、生姜醤油をつけて口にすると、じわじわと鶏肉の旨味が出てきます。
こちら、鶏皮が付いた状態で軽く炙ってますから、皮からの旨味が出てくるのは良いですね。
スモークサーモンのカルパッチョ(780円)
香りのいいスモークサーモンとシャキシャキサラダが嬉しい味わい。
オリーブオイルの風味も美味しさを後押ししてます。
全体的に優れたお店でコストパフォーマンスも良かったです。
ただ唯一残念だったのは、店員さんの香水。
料理を楽しむ空間で、余計な香りが入ると風味が変わります。
禁煙のお店でしか食事しないのはこれもありますが、香水だけは勘弁してください。
