峠を越えてこちらへ。
蕎麦、頂きます。
12時10分頃に到着、準備中？駐車場に車は止まってるのに？
暖簾が出てる。覗いてみるとやってました。
テーブル席に座りメニューを眺めて3種盛りとモツの生姜煮を注文。
先ずはモツから、コリッとした食感で生姜がよく効いた酒のあてにはベストな一品。酒は頼んでません。
程なくすると提供されます。三種盛りは細麺、太麺に
茶蕎麦か、けしに蕎麦かでけしに。
蕎麦汁を注ぎ葱を入れて食べると、短い麺は一口で啜れます。
こだわり七味で味変しながらの完食です。
