これといった目的も無くふらりと入ったココイチ八日市店。カレーは食べたかったのですが、ココイチのカレーはさほどリスペクトしていないのです。
店内は広いとは言えませんが通常のココイチでした。
メニューをみていたらこの夏限定というカレーを発見。
◎チキンとトマトのホットスパイスカレー(980円)・・・サラサラのトマトベースのルーに柔らかい鶏肉。アスパラガスがよいアクセント。酸味と辛味のハラペーニョスライスが添えられていて一緒に食べると汗がダラダラ出てきます。上に振り掛けられたスパイスの風味がとても良く、これは専門店の味ですね。
汗を沢山かいてスッキリ。少しお値段は高めですが、ココイチでこんなカレーを食べられるとは思っていませんでした。美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
