道の駅におそばの風緑と一緒にブースで出店していました。会計が一緒だったので同じ店かと思っていましたが、こちらは今風の洋菓子です。
そばの実バターサンド 200円
多賀の石ころそばクッキー 250円
単価もそれなりにします。
バターサンドは仏前にお供えして常温になってからいただきました。黒いものはレーズンかと思いきや黒豆でした。言われないと分かりにくいけど蕎麦の風味もかすかにします。バターサンドというとつい北海道のアレと比べてしまいますが、別路線でこれもおいしいですね。
そばクッキーはクッキーとマカロンの間のようなふわふわザクザクした感じです。飲み物必須です。そばとバターの風味でおいしいです。
実店舗は多賀大社の近くなんですね〜。
