I decided to have lunch on short notice. There seemed to be a group of people there on this day, so the shop seemed busy. ◎Tekka-don (I think it was 1,200 yen)...Rice with chopped seaweed, thickly sliced tuna, Japanese ginger, and shiso leaves. I think what's poured over it is simply soy sauce. The ginger and shiso leaves are really refreshing and do a good job. The rice is also delicious (thankfully it's not vinegared rice). ◎ Sweet sea bream Inaniwa udon (I think it was 900 yen)... Warm Inaniwa udon topped with fragrantly grilled sweet sea bream, wakame seaweed, green onions, and chopped seaweed. The smooth udon noodles, the firm flavor of the sweet sea bream, the large wakame seaweed, and the not-too-rich dashi soup that brings them all together. My companion said that the smell of fish was a little bothersome, but I didn't mind it. I entered the Cafeterias in the countryside, but the food, including the price, was a step above that of a Japanese restaurant. I also became interested in eel and tofu, so I would definitely like to visit there again. Thank you for the meal.
