これぞ近江牛！！至福の時♪ 美味しいお肉が食べたいっ！！と思った時は必ずここに来ます。
でも名店だけあって、予約しておかないと常に満席(｡ŏ﹏ŏ)という訳で、1週間待つことに。更に期待感がＵＰしますが、期待を裏切ってくれません。特上厚切り牛タンも、勿論予約済み。
軽く炙って、塩レモンでいただきます。
んま〜い(๑´ڡ`๑)タンなのに柔らか〜い♡
その後は、本日おすすめの希少部位５種類を一皿に盛った「極上近江牛５種盛り」をオーダー。
それぞれの違った味わいが楽しめる上、お店のお薦めメニューなので鉄板です。
しかも、とってもリーズナブルなのです♪
この値段でこれが食べられるなんて、他ではありえないと断言できます(^^)v(あくまで個人的主観です)
カウンター以外は全て個室なので、会話を楽しみながらゆっくり食事が出来るのも嬉しいですね。
言い忘れましたが、生肉類も充実しており最初から最後まで楽しませてくれます。

今回はちょっと贅沢に焼肉ランチ♪万葉さんでのランチはお初です。ランチタイムは無煙ロースターではなく、一人用の波型鉄板で焼くスタイルのようです。前日までにコースを予約するとロースターが使えるとのこと。残念ながら、直火と鉄板では全く味わいが変わってしまうので、万葉ファンとしてはとことん最高の味に拘って欲しいと思いました。今日は【近江牛５種盛り御膳】と１週間前に予約しておいた【厚切りタン】をお願いしました。５種盛りはその日によって使用部位が変わるのですが、どの部位も綺麗なサシが入り流石と言わしめるお肉です。どれも厚切りで５種２枚ずつの10枚ですが結構なボリューム。そして今日のメイン、厚切りタンは希少部位のタン元を贅沢に使用した数量限定メニューです。こんなに柔らかでジューシーな牛タンにはなかなかお目にかかれない逸品。仕入れも少量なので絶対に予約が必要で、運が良ければ食べられますよ(笑)皆さんも一度は味わってみて欲しいです♪今度は忘れず【お任せコース】を予約します。ご馳走さまでしたm(_ _)m
