滋賀県迄行くと、流石に地元だけ有り近江牛を使用した焼肉店が多く、CPも高めの店が多いのですが、その中でもこちらは近江牛の卸業者が経営しているという焼肉店。
東近江市以外にも店舗が有るらしいのですが、こちらはICからもほど近く、ビジネスホテル隣接の駐車場付きのお店です。
店内の冷蔵ショーケースには枝肉のブロックがゴロゴロと置いてあります。
小生達は個室でいただきましたが、ゆったりとしていて家族や接待でも使えそうな店内です。
ユッケやタタキ等のメニューも（適法に処理して）あり、肉質は申し分無いうえ、値段も非常にリーズナブル。タンも素晴らしい。
京都市内では煙が充満するような味重視の店でも太刀打ち出来ないレベルのCP・・・車でわずか一時間の距離で此れだけの差があるものかと感じますが、CPだけではなく鮮度も違います。
一番顕著なのはホルモン系でしょうか。当然冷凍やチルド処理されていない生のホルモンです。
ハラミも鮮度の違いが肉の断面で見て取れますが、味も大変みずみずしい。まずもって、都市部の一般的な焼肉店では提供出来ないレベルの鮮度には圧巻。
肉類も勿論申し分無いうえ、サイドメニューの類も充実しており、テールスープ等のスープ類も和風テイストの味付けが嬉しく、料理としての完成度も高い。
立地は勿論、肉の卸業者直営だから提供出来るレベルの高さではないでしょうか。
京都市内ならば肉匠 伍島で同等レベルの鮮度のいい近江牛や生のホルモンがリーズナブルな価格でいただけますが、こちらは家族やグループでの食事など、車での外食時なら高速を飛ばしてでも食事に訪れたい店であります。
