2023年11月某日
ひとり焼肉を実施。
とある週末。
土曜は京都。翌日は名古屋でお友達と会う約束をしているので、後ろ髪引かれる思いで日帰り。
愛知へ帰る途中、夕食は名神高速八日市ICを降りて近江牛の焼肉屋さん｢万葉 八日市店｣様へ。
ちなみに翌日は飛騨牛の焼肉屋さんへ行くので、何となく食べ比べしてみたくなった。
小綺麗で雰囲気の良い店内。
お店に入るとショーケースに近江牛の塊肉がずらりと並んでいる。
見慣れた光景だけど、毎回どんなお肉出てくるのか楽しみになる。
カウンター席を案内していただいた。
遅めの時間なので満席ではないけど、他の席はカップルやお仲間で盛り上がっていた。
今回は下記を注文。
◯万葉ミニサラダ(写真撮り忘れ)
◯近江牛ほほ肉
◯極上近江牛(５種盛り、各２枚切)
・三角、カイノミ、ヒウチ、ラムシン、ミスジ
◯石焼ユッケビビンバ
◯カシスオレンジ(NA)
ミニサラダはいつものベジファースト。
近江牛はほほ肉を含め６種類の部位を楽しめた。
極上近江牛は日替りで部位が異なるらしいけど、どのお肉も柔らかく旨味豊かで美味しかった。
味つけはお店推奨の岩塩がお肉の旨味が際立って良かった。
最後に〆でビビンバを注文した。
いつもひとり焼肉する時は量を確認するのに、今回は失念していた。
運ばれてきた器の大きさに、やっぱりお茶漬け(どちらかで迷っていた)にすれば良かったと思ったけど、食べてみたら美味しくて無事完食。
焼肉は美味しいし、ICを降りて数分というアクセスの良さ、更に言えば隣はビジネスホテルなので旅行に出張におすすめ。
