今回伺ったのは地元の中でも少し車で移動をした
東近江市にある『とり福』さん。
知り合いからうわさを聞き、今回伺いました。
リノベーションされた店内は創りすぎず、
どこか懐かしさが残り、凄く居心地のいいスペース。
店内には、レンガで作られた炭のコンロがあり、
注文したお料理をじっくりと焼く感じです。
焼鳥屋さんと違い、ガツガツ食べるのではなく、
家族で会話を楽しみながら、一本一本、じっくりと焼き、
自分が良いと思った所で、食べる。
雰囲気も最高ですが、味も抜群でした。
