東近江市の県道２１６号線沿いにある八日市高校付近で、八日市駅や官庁街からも徒歩圏内に位置する。
外観は落ち着きのある配色のすっきりとした佇まいで、ドライブスルーの専用レーンも設置されている。
店内は奥行きがあって湖のような壁画が描かれており、広々していてシックにまとめられた雰囲気である。
メニューはドリンクやペストリーの種類が豊富で、コーヒーも取り揃えられていて内容も充実している。
チョコラティバナナココフラペチーノは期間限定で、サイズはショートからベンティまでの４種類である。
フラペチーノはチョコレートシロップがベースで、チョコレートをコーティングしたパフが入っている。
ローストしたバナナソースが合わせられているので、チョコレートの甘みにバナナの風味が感じられる。
サクサクしたパフの軽やかな食感がアクセントで、濃厚ながらもまろやかな優しい味わいを堪能できる。
トッピングはバナナケーキとチョコレートソースで、ホイップクリームに相まって存在感が抜群である。
バナナケーキはバナナピューレが練り込まれており、細かいクラム状ながらもこだわりが伝わってくる。
クリスマスの翌日からバレンタインデーまでの販売で、ホワイトチョコレートのバージョンも楽しめる。
幅広い客層ながらも高校生が多いのが特徴で、若年が中心の地元客から親しまれている印象の店である。
