集落の中に旗がたなびく民家が１軒。それが大和田とうふ店。
◎絹ごし豆腐(220円)・・・絹ごしというよりおぼろ豆腐のような柔らかさ。注意しないと崩れてしまいます。そのまま食べるのが美味しいです。もうちょっと硬めのほうが好みなので、次回は木綿豆腐を試してみます。
◎ざる厚揚げ(380円)・・・外側の硬さと内側の柔らかさが絶妙。ずっしりとして風味も良く美味しいです。
スーパーの豆腐と比べると当然お値段はしますが、量もたっぷりなので豆腐好きな家族には良いと思います。ちょっと行きにくい場所ですが、他の商品も試したいのでまた行きたいです。
