滋賀東近江と永源寺の
境目に、豆腐屋さんがある事は
知っていましたが、思い出して
豆腐食べたくて、お邪魔しに
向かいましたよ！
緑豊かな場所にありますよ笑
ホンマに、豆腐屋さんですよ！
今回買ったのは！
✿おぼろ豆腐
✿揚げ出し豆腐
✿だし巻き玉子
の、3点にしましたよ
おぼろ豆腐は、
豆腐が固まる前に、すくい上げた
とうふ で、大豆の味が
そのまま、伝わって来ますよ。
揚げ出し豆腐は
揚げ豆腐にも、かなり味が
染み込んでいて、なかなかの
味わいで、美味しいよね
いつも食べる、揚げ出し豆腐じゃ
ないことが、分かりますね！
美味しいだけですよ(*´～｀*)ŧ‹"ŧ‹"ŧ‹"
だし巻き玉子は、
昆布だしで、出汁が凄く
きいていて、味わいがすごいですよ
豆腐屋さんが作る
だし巻き玉子は、なかなかいいね(*•̀ᴗ•́*)
もーリピ間違いないよ。
