コロナ禍で色々な飲食店がリタイアしたのとは真逆にジワジワと店舗展開している「すだく」近江牛や近江米の良さを伝えてくれている事に、元滋賀県民である私は嬉しく思います。
【花咲きタン】900円（税抜）
厚切りのタン元で、かなりの歯応えで非常に旨い。レモンダレも良いが岩塩（塩）でいただくと素材感をしっかり感じれるので、個人的には後者。画像は2人前。
【復刻タン盛り合わせ】1639円（税抜）
復刻とあるので、メニュー落ちから人気の為に再販売といったところだろうか？タン元・タン中・タン先とタンを根本から先まで丸ごと味わえるメニュー。正直タンはどの部位も旨いので価値あるメニューで復刻の意味が理解できる。
【近江牛サイコロカルビステーキ】1800円（税抜）
とろける脂がなんとも言えない。タレでは無く、このメニューはポン酢であさっりといただく。かなり重そうなビジュアルですが、意外とペロッといけます。
【こだわりネギダレご飯】500円（税抜）
すだくは「米」が旨い。近江米キヌヒカリ使用とコシヒカリよりも粘りは弱いが独特の優しさが良い。単品ライスでも充分満足できるが、ネギダレ＋卵黄が付加価値を＋する一杯。
