ラーメン部門の2023年WEST百名店‼️
彦根市にあるラーメン店で、二つの人気店がある...
それが〝麺や 江陽軒〟とこのお店✌️
こちらのお店は整理券制で、スマホで待ち客が分かるシステムでいいですね〜
『鶏白湯 塩 900円』を注文
何となく看板メニューっぽい鶏白湯に(^.^)
けどこれが思ったのと違ったね〜
確かにラーメンの連食だったのもあるけど、スープを飲んだ時の衝撃もあまりなかったね〜
確かに美味しいんだけどね〜(^-^)
旨みがちょっと弱く感じたかな〜
少し水っぽい印象だったかな〜
案外、醤油とかにすればよかったか...
麺は中太麺でもっちりタイプだね〜
けっこう食べ応えのある麺だったね✌️
このスープには合う麺ですなぁ〜(^.^)
チャーシューや煮卵も美味しいね〜
美味しいことは美味しいけど、期待した以上のラーメンではなかったかな...
