愛知県を主体に展開中、ラーメンチェーン店のうま屋さんですが
彦根のラーメン激戦区ベルロードにもうま屋さんがありました。
チキン野郎まで100m程の距離です。
平日口開け間無しの為、店内には先客は一人
手をアルコール消毒し席を間引いたカウンター席に着きました。
平日ランチの ラーメンセット620円を注文しました。
追加の無料 刻み九条葱も追加しました。

麺中細ストレート麺
トッピング 薄切りバラ叉焼5枚 太切りメンマ3本
スープはさらりとした豚骨醤油で、良く煮込まれた豚骨は臭みもほとんどなく
カエシが前に出ていてバランスの取れた美味しいスープでした。
麺もプッリとした歯ごたえを残した、茹で加減でスープに在った麺でした。
バラ叉焼も5枚も入ってました。途中で九条葱、ニラ辛しを追加
味変を行い残ったスープでご飯をいただき完食しました。
チェーン店で期待してませんでしたが
良い意味で裏切られるらーめんで
620円で充実した内容のハイCPのラーメンランチでした。
