愛知、三重、岐阜の東海三県の香りがするチェーン店だが、「豚旨（とんこく）ラーメン」というオリジナリティを頑張って醸し出している点で、頑張っていると思う。
駐車場が入りやすいので、仕事帰りにサクッと来訪。特にこだわりはないので、標準的なラーメンとチャーハンをオーダー。
トッピングのネギを無料で持ってきてくれるので、ありがたく、大量投入。やっぱ、豚旨のスープが、結構、美味しい。暑い日だったが、スープをグビグビと飲んでしまった。旨い。
チャーハンは、まぁ、可もなく不可もなく。チェーン店レベルだが、お腹はふくれる。
プライスラインも低めで、普段使いには良いお店。ファミリーや庶民の強い味方だなぁ。
