日曜日の11:20頃入店。
「待ち」はなしですが結構な入りです。
一人ですので手際よくカウンターへ案内され、
オーダーは特製ラーメンに半チャーハンの
「うま屋セット」。
ここで無料の「追加ネギ」に「辛ニラ」もオーダー。
５分程でチャーハン、
続いてラーメンの配膳です。
提供は早い。
まずはラーメンのスープ。
これは好みの味。
豚骨醤油で豚骨強め。
他店比較すると、
「横綱」より濃い。
このスープには胡椒が合う。
麺は中細ストレート。
ツルツルした食感です。
茹で具合は完璧。
具材はメンマにネギ、ペラペラの豚肉。
途中で追加ネギに辛ニラ投入。
ネギは正解だが、
辛ニラより、ニンニクでも置いて欲しかったな。
チャーハンの評価が高いが、
少し味が濃いかな？
駐車場も広く
スタッフの対応も良い。
ペラペラチャーシューが残念！
