彦根駅の駅前ロータリーは美味しそうでそそられる飲食店が並んでいますが、ローカル色を強めに感じたこちらのお店で、「ひこね丼みそ汁付き(1,220円)」を頂きました。
ひこね丼とほぼ同じ具材をのせた、ひこねうどんと悩みましたが、ひこね丼の方が人気かなという店員さんのお話でひこね丼にしました。
牛肉と牛すじを柔らかく煮込み、名物の赤こんにゃくを使った紅白の糸こんにゃくの違った食感が加わり、更にしそがサッパリとしていて、ご飯にめっちゃ合うレベル高い一品でした。
