彦根に住んていた頃からずっとある駅前のお蕎麦屋さん。彦根に住んで初めてニシンそばという関西のそばの食べ方を知りました。
あの甘辛いニシンはなかなか忘れられず。
ここのニシンそばも甘辛い味が出汁に溶けだして少しずつ味変していく感じが良かったです
