チキン野郎のテイクアウト！
彦根で人気店のチキン野郎さん。
コロナ対策として完全テイクアウト制で営業されています。
お店で作られ調理せずに食べれる物から冷凍物まで数多く販売されています。
今回は冷凍品4種を購入。
味噌チキン野郎.塩チキン野郎.台湾まぜ野郎.油まぜ野郎の4種。
今日は油まぜ野郎を頂きました。
もやし、ネギ、海苔、玉子を自分で用意して盛り付けました。
もちもちの太麺が濃厚なタレと絡み合い豪快にまぜて食べるとお店の味そのままで最高の自粛飯となります。
シメにご飯をまぜるのもオススメです。

名前通り鶏のラーメン
滋賀の有名店『にっこう』で店長をしておられた方が独立して出されたお店です。
名前通り鶏がメインのラーメン店で。
看板メニューは濃厚鶏白湯の『こってり野郎』
濃厚なスープに中太麺は絶妙なからみで柔らかいチャーシューも絶品。
来店者のほとんどがこれを注文する間違いないラーメンです。
個人的にはあっさりが好きなのであっさり野郎も好きなのですが、塩と醤油があり、醤油がオススメです。その他にもつけ麺や台湾まぜそばもあり、つけ麺も塩と醤油があり、醤油はすだちが入ったやや酸味がある濃厚醤油つけ麺。
こちらもオススメは醤油です。
台湾まぜそばも人気で締めにライスがあり最後まで楽しめます。限定麺も毎月やっておられて毎月楽しみなお店です。

彦根の人気店、チキン野郎さんが6月いっぱいで移転すると言うことで久しぶり。
移転記念という事で、昔レギュラーだった、塩こってり野郎、塩あっさり野郎が復活。
個人的にですが、醤油より塩の方が好みですね。
特に塩こってり野郎はバジルソースがクリーミーな鶏白湯スープとマッチングがよく、パスタのような洋風的なラーメンで、女性好みかもしれません。
移転すればメニューは変わるのか、どうかわかりませんが、是非レギュラーにして欲しいラーメンでした。
