平日夜に来店。
店内は1/3程の客入りで、
カウンター席は満席でした。
衝立有りのカウンター席は良いのですが、
隣の人との距離がかなり近く(恐らく75㎝程度)
窮屈感が有りました。
【衛生面】
■マスク＝スタッフ2名とも着用。
■除菌スプレー＝入口入って直ぐに有り。
■換気＝入口や窓の開放は無いので換気扇のみ。
■衝立＝カウンター席はアクリル製の衝立有り。
■ディスタンス＝カウンター席は近めですね。

スープ
濃厚ドロドロ鶏白湯スープは、
意外とスッキリしていてくどくない。
塩気は少な目ですね。
麺
細目のストレート麺です。
スープとの相性は良いと思います。
味玉
冷たいしイマイチ。
豚チャーシュー
低温調理チャーシューは柔らかくて美味しいけど一枚のみ。
鶏チャーシュー
鶏チャーシューは二枚。
少し薫味の有る美味しい鶏チャーシューでしたが冷たいのが気になる。
【総評】
この内容で1080円は割高感が有る。
米原市は美味しいラーメン屋が無いので彦根市迄来ましたが、
『にっこう』『江陽軒』と比べると1段階落ちる感じ。
このエリアで鶏白湯なら『にっこう』が安定な様ですね。
また、この本店よりも8号線沿いの新店舗に行った方が良かったかな？
外からの見た目は此方よりも整っていそうでした。
