今日は滋賀県。滋賀は彦根。彦根はベルロード。らーめんチキン野郎さんにお邪魔しました。彦根と言えば、井伊家35万石の彦根城。彦根にはヒコニャン。琵琶湖湖東の城下町ですね。何か良い感じ。井伊家だけに。
今日は、こってり野郎800円也をお願いしました。ご店名に野郎とあるので、メガ系かと思いきや、こってりは、鶏白湯なのですね。量も普通で。
とろみのあるスープは醤油味。香り良くとろみはあれどくどくありません。麺はストレート系のツルツル。固めの湯で加減で、コシがあって歯応え良し。
チャーシューは、薄手のレアタイプ。美味しいですね。白髪ネギと青ネギ、鶏白湯には、これが良く合います。
さすがに人気店さん、素晴らしい完成度ですね。彦根は、学生の街でもあるのですね。ベルロード周辺は、案外若い方が多くて、少し驚きです。彦根城も本当なら観光シーズン真っ只中で、老若男女溢れかえっているはずですが、まあまばらという所ですね。ワクチンワクチン、ワクワクチンに期待ですね。今日もそんなこんなで、ごちそうさまでした。
