夫婦で伺いました。
夫はひつまぶし上、私はだし巻き玉子がのった錦重甲にしました。
うなぎに合うお酒とメニューにあったので金亀の緑を冷酒でたのみました。
お酒は辛口が好き
ふわふわのだし巻きに皮目がパリパリのうなぎ！
タレもあまーいタレでなくてとても美味しい〜
焼き加減サイコーすぎて箸が止まらない！
山椒をかけてまた美味しい！
そしてお酒もすっきりした辛口でうなぎに合う！美味しい✨
もっと飲みたかったけど、ご飯でおなかふくれてしまって断念。
夫が食べたひつまぶしも美味しい！と言ってました。
薬味のせたり、お茶漬けしたり。
味変が楽しそうでした。
