Our proud borsch is made with 30 kinds of spices and ingredients. We use beets, which are unfamiliar to Japanese people, to recreate a taste closer to the authentic Ukrainian dish. The mellow texture of the various ingredients gives it a taste that brings out the sweetness and spice of the beets. We use an abundance of vegetables, making it a healthy yet satisfying dish.
