米原駅のお弁当。
1889年(明治元年)に東海道線が開通した際に鱒寿司弁当の販売を始めた。
今は、サービスエリア等でも、販売されてるようです。
夕方には無くなるかも？
鱒は、ビワマスかどうか？ わからないです。
どこ産でも、良いですが。
あまり、脂は、のっていない。
天然物なので、文句は、ないです。
ただ、押し寿司なので、添加剤なしで、
調理して欲しいところ。
添加剤なしでは、この価格では、販売できないのかも？
高島屋（なんば）の地下にある、
昔の製法で作った押し寿司屋さんは、ここの数倍の価格です。
