滋賀県長浜市。
暑い日なので、冷たい蕎麦が食べたい！と訪問。
人気NO.１の十六文+ドリンクセット（1,060円）←今だけと書かれていた。
ドリンクは６種類から選べる。ジンジャーエールをお願いした。
出汁が、関東風（濃口）と関西風（甘口）から選べる。
こちらは、関西風で。
ところで、十六文そばとは何ぞや、と、調べてみたら江戸時代のそばの値段に関係するようだ。そばの上に具をのせて、それで価格が上がっていくようなことが書かれていた。
さて、お蕎麦がやってきた。５つの小さな器に盛られている。蕎麦の上に、とろろ芋、なめこ、玉子焼き、かき揚げ、大根おろしが乗せられている。それに、そばつゆをかけて頂く。こんな形で頂く蕎麦は初めてだ。
うま～！この蕎麦、おいしいなぁ～。毎朝石うすでそば粉を引いているそうな。伊吹山麓産、丸岡産、越前産のそばをブレンドして、１年通して安定した味で提供しているとのこと。
人気店のようで、続々お客がやってきた。予約のお客もいた。
早めの時間に訪問しておいてよかった～。
