北近江長浜の名物のっぺいうどんをいただきました
ヤンマーミュージアムのついでに長浜市の観光を兼ねて名物のっぺいうどんと琵琶湖にしか生息しないビワマスが食べたくこちらに寄らせいただきました
のっぺいうどんとは？
びっくりするほど大きな椎茸と、とろっとしたあんかけ汁ともっちりとした自家製うどん
あんかけは見た目ほどからくなく、節と利尻昆布のだしなので関西人に好かれる味だなぁと感じました
あんかけ汁なので麺とよく絡みました
うどん（麺）は、個人的には大阪うどんのやわらかさとコシのある讃岐うどんの中間といった感想です
やわらかすぎかたすぎず、老若男女好かれるうどんだと思いました
具材はなんと言っても手のひらサイズの椎茸がインパクトだけでなく、椎茸好きの私にはうどんとの相性抜群でした
他に蒲鉾、比叡生湯葉、麩、おろし生姜と具沢山で味変しながら美味しく楽しくいただけました
丼のビワマスは琵琶湖にしか生息していない魚、楽しみにしていた通り美味でした
しょうゆベースの甘だれと海苔と胡麻があっさりのビワマスを誇張せずに丼の味を整えていました
サーモン？みたいでもなく、脂がのっているわけでもなく、あっさり味といった感想です
店内には元安倍総理や関西のTV番組が数多く訪れたサインが飾ってあり、味だけでなく老舗ならではの雰囲気も楽しめるお店でした
他にもいろんなメニューがあるので、高浜市に訪れた時は是非また訪問したいなと思います
