●注文メニュー
ミニのっぺいと焼き鯖鮨 1,300円
●感想
・長浜駅から徒歩圏内の黒壁スクエアにあり、昼間は
かなり早い時間から行列ができていました。
・全然知らなかったのですが、長浜は椎茸が名産の
ようで、大きな椎茸がどーーーんとのった、
『のっぺい』が名物とのこと。
普通サイズののっぺいもありましたが、焼き鯖鮨も
食べたいわんぱく願望から、このセットを注文。
小鉢も付いていて、おうどん単品より味の変化が
ありおすすめ！
・椎茸にも驚きましたが、うどんそのものも珍しく、
あんかけベース。時間が経過してもいつまでも
熱々です。
・地元の食材で、地元名物食べるって良いですね。
また長浜付近に再来の際は伺います。
