長浜城攻めの前に腹ごしらえです。黒壁スクエア近くの茂美志“やさんでのっぺいうどんをいただきました。大きな椎茸が長浜市の特産らしくドーンと乗っかったあんかけうどんです。さっぱりあっさり美味しくいただきました。
