長浜には、ここ数年縁がある。
比較的よく来るのである。お寺参りや帰省の中間地点でもある。
丼の店、蕎麦屋、鮎の店、餃子屋、拉麺屋など、美味しそうなお店はのぞいてみた。
ただ、焼き鯖そうめんは、縁がなかったので今回早い時間に来たので行ってみた。
え〜、15時で売り切れ、閉店ガラガラである。
何てこったい！
どうするか？近くにもう一つの名物あり。
のっぺいうどん。
うむ、椎茸うどんかぁ、晩飯だしなぁ。
でもまぁ、行ってみる。琵琶マス料理もなし、、、
焼き鯖寿司もなし、、、なんでやねん、(T ^ T)
迷う、でも、話の種や！入ってみるか！
入る、店員いない、すんませ〜ん、反応なし。
奥、珍しく声のトーン倍になる。
やっとおばちゃんが出てきた、「どこでも座って」と無愛想。
今日は、ぶっきらぼうなおばちゃんばかりである。
やれやれ、、、
あれもない、これもない、なので、結局、のっぺいうどん、二つ頼む。一つ1100円である。
程なく届く。
大きめのうどんの鉢に鍋蓋がのせてある。なかなか見た目に味がある^ ^
あけてみる、大きな椎茸がインパクト大である！
それと美味しそうに、熱そうな、アンがかかっている。
うまそう^ ^
椎茸からかぶる！美味い！
うどん自体は、あまり大した味ではないが、料理とすればまとまっていて！思わず笑みが出る。
生姜の味が冬には、ありがたくホッコリである。
私は、熱いのが苦手な奥をしりめに、お汁も完呑でさらっとごちそうさまでした（笑）
