滋賀県長浜市の長浜駅近くにある『のっぺいうどん』が看板のお店
のっぺいうどんとは滋賀県長浜周辺（湖東）の郷土料理ということで、滋賀旅の合間に目をつけて訪問させて頂きました
平日の11:10で待ちなし 店内は奥行きもありかなり広々としていました
○ミニのっぺいと焼鯖寿司 1,300円
つゆに特長があり、かなりねっとりとしたあんかけ仕立て
葛でとろみをつけているそうで、かなり独特な食感でおもしろいです
昆布とうるめ節の味が際立つ出汁の旨みとやや甘いあんかけつゆです
そして最もインパクトのあるおっきい椎茸がこのお出汁を吸って美味しくなってます
うどんはかなりソフトで柔らかい食感でした
冬場に食べるとより美味しいほっこりする味わいのおうどんでした
ごちそうさまでした
