長浜は何度も訪れていましたので、こちらが有名店なのは知っていましたが初めて来店しました！
着いたのは2時頃でしたが、店の外には10人程のお客さんが待っていました。とても暑い日で、外で待つお客さんに向かってミストが出る様になっていたのは有り難かったです！
割と早く順番が回って来て、2階を案内されました。
古民家の2階は梁が出ていたり面白いです！
焼き鯖寿司8貫1650円、連れは鯖街道1450円を注文。
部屋は床間も付いた古民家で落ち着いた感じでしたが、夏の暑い日だったせいか座布団に前の方の匂いがして、少し気分が落ちました↓
さて、料理は早く出てきました！
京都いづ○の鯖寿司は大好きですが、こちらの焼き鯖寿司はそれに匹敵するくらいに美味しかったです(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
ご飯の酢も結構効いていて甘く、上に載った鯖が適度に脂が乗ってジューシーに美味しく焼けているので、口の中で上手く調和します(๑>◡<๑)
間に入った生姜がいいアクセントになっています‼︎
美味しさにテンションが上がります⤴︎⤴︎⤴︎
連れの食べた鯖街道は、看板商品の鯖そうめんに始まり寄せ湯葉豆腐、お吸い物、漬物、ご飯等付いたもので、どれも美味しかったそうです！
特に鯖そうめんには、味の染みた大きい鯖がドーンと乗っていて、そうめんと食べるととても美味しかったそうです(๑>◡<๑)
