前に近くに行った時に見つけたお店でその時は売り切れで行けなかったのでリベンジして来ました
滋賀県の郷土料理の鯖素麺✨
鯖を煮込んだ出汁で素麺を茹でてるみたいです
それがこの美しい茶色映えを演出してます

食べ始めたら一瞬でなくなるくらい美味しかった
柚子一味や山椒で味変しながら食べるのがおすすめみたいです！
グルメ帝王的には柚子一味をたくさんかけて食べるのがたまらなく美味しかった
またリピしたいお店です
祝日の12時半ごろ行って20人以上待ち、名前を書くシステムはなく、ひたすら並び続ける！
回転は想像より早くて20分程度で入店、料理提供は5分くらいでした！商店街の中にあるので他に見どころあるので観光がてら行けるし、名古屋からなら日帰りでも楽しょに行けますよ

I found this shop last time when I went nearby, but it was sold out at that time so I couldn't go there, so I decided to come here as a revenge
Mackerel somen, a local dish from Shiga Prefecture✨
It looks like somen is boiled in the mackerel soup stock
That's what creates this beautiful brown color

It was so delicious that it disappeared in an instant once I started eating it
It seems recommended to change the taste by adding yuzu or Japanese pepper to the dish!
As a gourmet king, eating it with lots of yuzu was so delicious
This is a store I would like to visit again
I went around 12:30 on a public holiday and waited for over 20 people. There was no system to write your name, so you just kept lining up!
The rotation was faster than I expected, and I was there in about 20 minutes, and the food was served in about 5 minutes! It's located in a shopping district, so there are other things to see, so you can go there while sightseeing, and if you come from Nagoya, you can easily go on a day trip

昨年食べに行って美味しかったのでリピートしました
しかも今回は大盛りにした
焼き鯖素麺 990円
大盛り ＋390円
もちろん美味しので大盛りにしてもぺろり
ご飯とのセットもあってご飯いらんでしょうって思ったけど、頼んでる見てたらご飯の上に鯖をのせて食べてた
そうゆう事ねって納得した
テーブルに置いてある柚子七味が美味しくて、これで味変しながら食べるのがおすすめ！
名古屋からでも高速で1時間くらいで周りは商店街がもあるので日帰り観光ついでにもおすすめです
行列店ですが回転早いので30分くらい並べば入れます。

I thought I didn't need rice since there was a set with rice, but when I saw him ordering it, he put mackerel on top of the rice and ate it.
I'm convinced that's the case
The yuzu shichimi on the table is delicious, and I recommend using it to change the flavor while eating!
It's about an hour's drive from Nagoya on the highway, and there are shopping streets nearby, so it's also recommended as a day trip.
It's a store with a line, but the turnover is fast, so you can get in after lining up for about 30 minutes.
