長浜駅東口の黒壁スクエア、北国街道沿いにあるお店。
長浜郷土料理の焼鯖そうめんを目当てに観光客が後をたたない。
開店すぐだったため待ち時間なく入店できたが、その後は街道に待ち客が並んでいました。
2階建てで席はそれなりにあり、メニューも限られているので回転は良い。
注文して数分で料理が出てきたのが最初の驚き。
繁忙期に栄養価高く食べやすいものを。
そんな背景があるだけに、確かに食べやすい。
香ばしい鯖の香りとやさしい味が染みるそうめんはほっこりする美味しさでした。
卓上の七味と山椒がとても香りよくて味変アイテムとして優秀でした。
寿司はそうめん以上に鯖の味わいが楽しめる品で、
しっかりボリュームもあり食べ応えがありました。
