いやぁ、美味しかったんです。
食べるまでは疑ってたんですけどね。
想像していたのは、甘〜い鯖煮と、煮汁で炊いた緩々な素麺でした。
実際は関西っぽくない、香ばしい関東醤油風味の甘く無い味付けで炊いた脂の乗った鯖煮、アルデンテの三輪素麺でした。
これが薄味なのですが、備え付けの山椒や柚子七味を振ると味が締まって、まぁ美味いです。
